All photographs, texts and calendar designs of Sky With No Limit are works of Dominik Waluk and are protected by the Swiss Copyright Act and international treaties. All rights remain with Dominik Waluk.

You may view the website and its content for your own enjoyment. Without written permission, you may not copy, download, store, publish or embed photographs or texts from the website in other websites, or use them to train artificial intelligence systems or for text and data mining. We expressly reserve these uses.

When you buy the Digital Calendar or a photograph, you receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the purchased files for your personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• use and view the files as screen backgrounds on your own devices,
• keep copies for yourself on your own devices and in your own backups,
• print the calendar and the photographs for yourself and your household, not for sale.

• sharing, passing on or making the files publicly available, for example by link, cloud storage, social networks or file sharing,
• reselling the files or prints, or granting rights of use to others,
• any commercial use, for example in advertising, publications, on products, in print-on-demand, in stock libraries or as NFTs,
• editing the works and publishing the result,
• using the works to train artificial intelligence systems or in datasets,
• removing or altering copyright notices, metadata or the photographer's name.

You may show a photo or screenshot of your own screen or calendar on social media for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit “© Dominik Waluk – Sky With No Limit”. You may not publish the purchased files themselves.

Purchased image files contain a copyright notice, the licence terms and your order number in their metadata. This allows copies shared without permission to be traced. See our Privacy Policy for details.

For publications, advertising, products, exhibitions or any other use beyond personal use, we are happy to grant an individual licence. Write to us at dominikwaluk@gmail.com.

Any use beyond this licence ends the licence. We reserve the right to enforce our rights. Please report unauthorised use to dominikwaluk@gmail.com.
