Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Scope and provider
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products on this website. Your contracting party is:
Dominik WalukEggbühlstrasse 26
8050 Zürich
Switzerland
dominikwaluk@gmail.com
2. Products
- Digital Calendar 2027: an interactive calendar that runs in the browser and can be installed on supported computers, together with the 2027 calendar as a downloadable PDF.
- Photographs: digital image files in the formats stated on each product page, individually or as a collection.
- Complete Collection: the Digital Calendar 2027 together with the collection of photographs, in one purchase.
The presentation of products on the website is not a binding offer.
3. Conclusion of contract
You choose a product, confirm these Terms & Conditions and the licence terms, and continue to payment with our payment provider Stripe. Completing the payment places a binding order. The contract is concluded as soon as the payment is confirmed and we provide access. You receive a confirmation with your order number by email.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). No VAT is charged, as the provider is not registered for VAT.
Payment is made through Stripe using the payment methods offered there and is due immediately. Card details and other payment data are processed exclusively by Stripe.
5. Delivery and access
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you receive access: directly on the website and through a personal link by email. The link is valid for 90 days; you can request a new link on the website at any time.
We provide the Digital Calendar and your downloads at least until 31 December 2028. Please save downloaded files on your device.
You need a current browser (for example Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox). Installing on your computer is possible in Chrome, Edge and Safari on Mac.
6. Rights of use
The photographs and all content are protected by copyright. With your purchase you receive a licence for personal use. Its scope and limits are set out in Copyright & Licensing, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Right of withdrawal
Customers residing in Switzerland have no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Consumers residing in the EU or EEA generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. For digital content, this right expires as soon as we begin supplying the content after you have expressly agreed that we may begin before the withdrawal period ends and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this agreement before payment; access is provided immediately after payment.
As long as access has not yet been provided, you can withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement to dominikwaluk@gmail.com, for example:
“I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following digital content: [product], ordered on [date], order number [number], name, address, date.”
If you withdraw effectively, we refund the amount paid using the original means of payment.
8. Defects
If a file is faulty or access does not work, please contact us at dominikwaluk@gmail.com. We will fix the problem or provide the content again. If this is not possible within a reasonable time, we refund the purchase price. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for disruptions of third-party services such as payment or internet services.
10. Data protection
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
The version of these Terms & Conditions published on the website at the time of your order applies.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Consumers may also bring proceedings at their place of residence; mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.
